We provide a full range of in-home care services to help seniors remain as independent as possible, for as long as they can. We recognize that everyone feels much more comfortable living in their own homes, amidst their personal treasures and familiar surroundings.
Taking care of a family member who is recovering from surgery or an illness can be very demanding for families and the person receiving care. Our number one goal is to provide safety, support, encouragement, and assistance to that person.
We help people with disabilities to achieve their potential, build their self-esteem, and enhance their community involvement. To accomplish this, we commit our energy and resources to develop and maintain a safe home environment and a continuum of home care services to meet their needs.
We are an affordable alternative to assisted living facilities and nursing homes – we help our clients to stay in the comfort of their own homes. With our in-home care services, clients will not need to rely on family members, friends and neighbors.
The mission of Executive Care is to provide compassionate, quality home care services to our clients so that they can remain safe and independent in the comfort of their own home, and we will continuously strive to be the provider of choice for exceptional in-home care services in the communities we serve.
Our focus and commitment passes down to each and every client and their family to make their in-home care experience easier. We carry our name with pride – our friendly and dedicated staff of home care nurses and caregivers provides an Executive treatment to our clients!
My husband and I have cared for his sister and her husband for many years, but within the last couple of years it became too much for us and we placed them in full-time nursing care. This past week, her husband died and that left us with the job of getting a wheelchair bound, somewhat difficult woman to her husband's funeral, etc. We asked the nursing home for help and while that is another story, through a little grace from God, we made contact with Gemina Gabriel at Executive Care in Somerville. Gemina listened. Understood what we needed. And in a short time provided us with a wonderful aide named Bernute. We can't say enough good things about Gemina and Bernute. Each displayed professionalism and courtesy. They inspired trust and brought comfort to my husband and I and his sister.

We missed saying goodbye to Comfort on the day she left. Please let her know that we apologize for not being at the house to see her off and that we all appreciate everything she did for Irene in Sharon’s absence. Comfort and Irene got along very well and that was true Comfort to Irene. We hope that the next time Sharon needs a break, Comfort will be available to make the transition easier. Please convey our sincerest thanks to her.
